MESSAGE BOARD INSTRUCTIONS

  • The Local 492 message board is a private board for current members in good standing. Non-members can neither view messages nor post.

  • In order to view or post on the board, you must register.
  • Please use an id or e-mail address that is recognizable to the office. If we do not recognize the id or e-mail address, your request may be denied.
  • After registering, check your e-mail for a verification/activation code. Your registration is NOT complete until you click on the link in your e-mail. If you do not receive your e-mail within a few minutes of registering, please check your bulk mail or trash bin as spam filters may have blocked it.
  • Once you have clicked on the link and have been verified by the office, you can then view and post on the board.

  • When visiting the board for the first time, please check your profile and make sure it is complete. You may also add an avatar or signature line at this time.
  • On your first visit to the board, please be sure to check the FAQ section for the board rules and "how to's."

Please keep in mind that the message board is new and
it may take awhile to work out all the bugs.
